During this time she also gained exposure as a ring girl at professional boxing events in the Reno, Nevada area, and was featured in a number of television commercials and radio ads. Before her career in broadcasting commenced and she was working at a Birkenstock outlet, Heidi Cortez had written and narrated several erotic stories for a CD entitled Sexxxy Noises.
